No guarantees: We do not guarantee the qualifications, quality of work, pricing, availability, or reliability of any shop listed in our directory. We do not guarantee that a buyer's RFQ will receive responses, or that any introduction will result in a successful business relationship. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any shop.

Project data sharing: By submitting an RFQ or project matching request, you consent to having your project details — including name, email, company, project description, quantities, materials, and timeline — shared with relevant shops in our directory. We will not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

6. Email Communications and Data Collection

By providing your email address through any feature on the site — including RFQ submissions, project matching requests, shop profile downloads, or contact forms — you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your request (such as confirmations, status updates, and shop responses).

We may also send occasional service-related communications. We will not sell your email address to third parties. You may request removal of your information by contacting us.

7. Paid Services

Enhanced listing options and premium features may be available for purchase. Any paid services will have pricing and terms clearly described before purchase. Users may cancel paid services at any time.
